Elbert County Transit
Elbert County Transit is a public transportation service available to all persons. We operate Monday thru Friday, 7:15 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. We need for you to call at least 24 hours in advance. There is no income eligibility or age limit. Be prepared to pay your fare when you board the bus. If you have child that will need a car seat, please inform us when you make your appointment. Up to Three Miles $8.00
3.1 Miles to 7.9 miles $9.00
8 miles to 9.9 miles $10.00
10 miles to 12.9 miles $12.00
13 miles to county line $14.00
Hartwell, GA or Royston, GA $14.00
Athens, GA or Lavonia, GA $25.00
Anderson, SC $25.00
Atlanta, GA $85.00
Augusta, GA $75.00
After first stop, any additional stops will be $1.00 per stop.
